Small Business Saturday - November 25, 2023

The Salem Chamber and Salem Main Streets are once again supporting Small Business Saturday in Salem on November 30th. Small Business Saturday is part of the "Shop Small" movement initiated by American Express to encourage holiday shoppers to shop local during the holiday season. Free Parking will be available in downtown Salem all day on Friday (29th), Saturday (30th) and Sunday (1st)

Find authentic, unique gifts that stand out! Get your loved ones something special at one of our local shops, restaurants, or non-profits! . Here are some fun ideas to consider:

• Check out Salem Art's Associations' Holiday Artists Market at Old Town Hall (11AM - 5PM) for tons of unique gifts from local artists and craftspeople.
• Expand your cultural horizons with a membership to a museum or non-profit organization.
• Pamper yourself or a loved one with personal care - massage, skincare, hair, or a new tattoo!
• Gift certificate from your favorite local restaurant to enjoy now that the Halloween crowds are gone!
• Books to read this winter! Lots of new literature by Salem authors has been published in the last few years!
