Writers Series: Lulu Miller
The Salem State Writers Series welcome Peabody-Award winning journalist on April 27. Lulu Miller is the co-host of Radiolab (a podcast about science and curiosity), host of Terrestrials (an occasionally musical podcast about nature), co-creator of NPR's Invisibilia (a podcast about psychology) and author of national bestseller Why Fish Don't Exist. Her writing has been published in The New Yorker, The Paris Review, VQR, Orion, and beyond. She has won honors from the Peabody Awards, the Associated Press, and the National Center on Disability and Journalism. She lives in Chicago with her wife and two sons. Graduate student Heather Wright will open the evening. Heather is the Managing Editor of Salem State's national literary magazine Soundings East.
