From Shelf to Table: Salem Pantry Fundraiser Dinner
Ledger’s Chef Daniel Gursha (James Beard 2022 Nominee for Best Chef North East) will prepare an exclusive menu that reimagines what is possible when everyone has access to farm-raised eggs, locally grown produce, and high-quality protein options in addition to pantry staples.
Attendees will enjoy the atmosphere of one of Salem’s best restaurants, a special meal prepared by the Ledger team, and a variety of exclusive items and experiences up for auction.
This special event will raise funds to help The Salem Pantry bridge critical gaps in the regional food safety net and advance sustainable solutions for food access.
