CTA Info Session & BOI Report Workshop

Is your business entity an LLC or corporation? If so, you likely must file a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) report with FinCEN!

Gain an understanding of the new FinCEN reporting requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) and receive free hands-on help from business lawyers in filing your business’s BOI report.

This course will be bi-lingual in English and Spanish and a zoom link will be provided for those who cannot make it in-person.

We will be enjoying tacos from 6 - 6:15pm and the formal session will begin at 6:15pm.
