The World Needs You Here Walk
The World Needs You Here Walk is an annual community-wide event to spread awareness about mental health, mental wellness, and suicide. Our team was born and raised in Salem, and we consider our community and surrounding communities to be one of the most vital aspects of what we do at Mental Makeover. We share our stories. We walk in honor and in loving memory of the peers we've lost to suicide. We walk for survivors of suicide. We walk for those who have experienced suicidal thoughts. We walk in honor of those struggling with their mental health right now. We come together as a community to support one another, talk openly about our experiences in a safe space, and remind each other that we are not alone. #TheWorldNeedsYouHere
