Seagrass Salon Speaker Series: Nikki Furrer, author of “A Woman’s Guide to Cannabis"

Seagrass, an adult-use boutique cannabis dispensary, will launch the Seagrass Salon Speaker Series beginning March 23rd with an appearance by Nikki Furrer, author of “A Woman’s Guide to Cannabis: Using Marijuana to Feel Better, Look Better, Sleep Better and Get High Like a Lady,” the dispensary announced today.

The series will focus primarily on cannabis education and social, environmental, and public
policy issues related to the cannabis industry. “We are very excited to kick off this series with
author Nikki Furrer,” said Lauren Enman, co-GM and retail manager of Seagrass. “Our series will focus on topics related to the legal cannabis industry and its culture including the social and environmental issues connected to its expansion, from demystifying cannabis for those who may not be regular consumers to its continued acceptance and mainstream growth.”

In addition to author Furrer, the Seagrass Salon will feature appearances by Lizzie Post, author of “Higher Etiquette: A Guide to the World of Cannabis, from Dispensaries to Dinner Parties;” Khadija Tribble, founder of Marijuana Matters, a multi-state initiative to promote equity in cannabis legalization and regulation; and Christian Briggs, Director of Cultivation at Ocean Breeze Cultivators, a Gloucester-based family-run cannabis company. Additional speakers will be added throughout the year.
