Join us for this annual festival featuring the work of writers from across the United States. The goal of this event is to cultivate a supportive environment for creative exploration in and around the varied experiences that surround the military. This festival uses theatre to begin a community conversation that builds bridges between the civilian and military worlds. The plays selected for this year's festival are: Forever 19 by David Tullis, Directed by Sara Conlon; Hero's Welcome by Michael Towers, Directed by Brendan O'Neill; I Can Dance, I Can Dance by Tom David Barna, Directed by Brendan O'Neill; Switchboard Soldier by Dana Hall, Directed by Esme Allen; The Last Eagle by Lew Osteen, Directed by Esme Allen; Zebra Set by Frank Laske, Directed by Sara Conlon. All six plays will be presented each night of the festival, November 9, 10 and 11. The November 11 performance will include a post-show conversation with the playwrights, actors and audience. This event is free but seating is limited so advance reservations are encouraged.
